Ken is a 30+ year resident of Newaygo County. He and his wife are proud parents of 2 daughters and have 3 grandsons.

Always having an interest in history, especially around the time of the founding of this great country, Ken considers himself a Constitutionalist and a strong proponent of small government.

Waking up politically during the 2008 election of Obama, he started looking for ways to become more politically aware. During the 2016 election cycle, he found it extremely frustrating to find a location for the local county party to get candidate materials or just to volunteer. Along his journey, he met some amazing people who led him to becoming a precinct delegate and eventually to the Newaygo GOP.

His current drive is to increase the voice and influence of Newaygo County within the second congregational district.
